Some services are more cost-effective when done in our office via pick up and delivery. Other services are easily done on-site while some *must* be done on site especially when it involves systems which are mission critical for a business. Our mission is to make sure that everything works properly for you. We are also able to provide more individualized service & advice when we can see how you like to set up & use your computer.
The types of service that are most often done on-site:
Simple hardware upgrade, repair or replacement (memory, network card, power supply, CD or DVD drive, etc.) which can usually be done on-site in a short amount of time, usually from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Network configuration, cable & cord connection check, basic troubleshooting, etc.
Software installation can usually be done on-site (This requires a healthy computer meeting the software's requirements, with internet connection if needed by software installation procedure.)
PC Repair, Upgrades, and Maintenance.
Is your computer running slow? Making strange sounds? Freezing up? Shutting down or restarting at random times? Can't stay connected to the internet? Let Green Star solve your computer problems.
Need to upgrade your existing PC with faster components or more memory … or maybe it just needs maintenance to speed things up. Green Star can do that.

We install, set up and troubleshoot home and small office networks.
